What is the reason for surrendering your pet?
Moving/don’t have adequate housing
Finding a pet-friendly rental has never been easier due to resources now available through the internet. Simply type “pet friendly apartments” into your search engine. The following common apartment finding websites include filters for housing that accepts pets:

Many veterinarians accept Care Credit, which is a credit card specifically for health care expenses, including your pet’s. Care Credit offers multiple payment options that may help you through your pet’s crisis.
Groups like IMOM and RedRover also allow you to apply for financial aid if you can’t afford veterinary care for your pet.

Behavior issues
If your pet is acting in undesirable ways, contact us and we may be able to help you resolve a problem so that you and your pet can live happily together. We can also suggest where to go for professional training.
Too many pets/unexpected litter
If you have too many pets or your pet has an unexpected litter, please never abandon your pet or the new litter.Animal House Rescue will try to help you find care for any owner surrendered litter as well as low cost spay/neuter to prevent any more unwanted litters.
